Gloria Sanchez!!!

Congratulations to our very own Gloria Sanchez. Gloria was awarded the Presidential Volunteer Service Award on Thursday, November 8, 2007. The award was presented by President George W. Bush while he was in town visiting the Center for the Intrepid, at Fort Sam Houston. The center is a rehabilitation facility for military veterans that were injured while serving our country.

To Gloria,

All of us at BCESR are very proud of you for all of your achievements. You work countless hours doing numerous types of volunteer work whether with Bexar County E.S.R., the Community Emergency Response Team (C.E.R.T.), helping your neighbors, and many other un-named activities. You give your time tirelessly and willingly to help the community in any shape & form that you can. With that being said, WE THANK YOU!!
